i used to use nyc's gold loose powder gold eyeshadow. i don't know the specific name because i lost the bottle. i went to every store in my area with nyc AND their website and they don't have that color either.
does anyone know if/when they discontinued it and have an suggestions to what i can use now? preferrably inexpensive.Nyc gold shimmer eyeshadow?

You can find shimmery gold eyeshadow everywhere. Just browse around your local drugstore one day and see what available. I think HIP by L'Oreal has some. If you have no luck try going to a local Sephora. Or you can browse online and see if its still available. Hope all works well !!
I can't help with that, but try Mineral Perfect Multi-purpose minerals in 24kt gold. It is a loose powder, plus you can mix it with a clear lip gloss or clear nail polish to match! Have fun!!
Just because it's not in the stores, doesn't mean you can't order it on line, check it out
