Is it true using brown or gold eyeshadow make blue eys look more blue?

if it is do u hav any paricular shade and should i put eyeliner on and how should i apply it?Is it true using brown or gold eyeshadow make blue eys look more blue?
Yes, it's true. You should use a color darker than your eye color, use a darker still, eyeliner and line your lashes, then smudge.

Gold should be used (sparingly) for an accent color. Is it true using brown or gold eyeshadow make blue eys look more blue?
Yellowy golds and bronze colours look fab on blue eyes - but if your eyes have a slight green tinge to them add a light dusting of pink over the upper lid before you apply gold - it will make your eyes look gorgeous!

Applying eye shadow depends on the eye shape so decide what eye shape you have and the n research it
well i dint know no could i dint use eyes shadow or eyeliner and i dint use must make up i Jude a Palm Grail
stick to colors that match your eyes and skin complection... also remember not to match your outfits unless its matches your eyes or complexion it is corny and just plain tacky.. gold by the way is for the evening and or party dress. hope that helped
I do not think brown or gold will make your eyes look more blue, because those colours make brown eyes look browner.

If you want your eyes to look more blue, use blue shades for eyeshadow. If you want your blue eyes to stand out, try colours that will contrast. For example, pinks will be contrasting against blue.

Eyeliner are very tricky and are not for everybody.

1. If your eyes are close together, start the eyeliner from the middle of each eye towards the outer corner. This is only for the lower lid.

2. If your eyes are far apart, you may start the eyeliner from the inner corner of the lower lid and finish at the outer corner.

3. If there is only little visible upper lid, or if your eyes droop, avoid eyeliners on the top lid.

Eyeliners look best on people whose eyes bulge out slightly, or who have more visible upper lid.
If you use a rust/coppery tones this will make your eyes look refreshed and amazing. Gold and brown are similar which is why is was probably confused, but they are not the right tone for the desired effect.
I use browns and yes regardless of what anyones says , they make my blue eyes bluer.. Just as if I use a green , my blue eyes would look bluish/green.. Optical illusion but it works...:)

I prefer Bare Essentials .. They have some Awesome brown shades ....I luuuuv gold too and accent on the corner with a brown.. Don't forget to Blend , Blend , Blend...Thats the key..I used to hate liner now its like , where was I all these years.:) Liner looks cool with blue eyes and plus you can try different shades easier.. I started off with Bare Essentials Liner.. Its in a powder form but it stays put and its great when you are learning to do the line correctly.. Smashbox makes liner that are in a putty form and stay put.. These take a little more practice and they also have a good selection...The sites I listed below, all carry smashbox and Bare essentials... They have a step by step guide to help you achieve the right look... Hope this helps...:)
Well, the say that complementary colours work in this case... And the complementary couluor for blue is yellow... so you can't use yellow on your eyes, u use golden, so, you can use a darck brown on your eye's tail, and gold eyeshadow towards the nose.
yes absolutly and heathers aswell

night time go for copper and mascara

daytim light gold on brow and allover lids
Yes if you use one with an orange undertone to it like copper. Orange is the opposite to blue on the color wheel making it blue's complimentary color. Complimentary colors make the other pop.
